How long does a Lighthouse build take?
Most Lighthouse builds run four to five weeks. Larger scopes, with deeper backend work or broader brand systems, can run up to ten. The discovery call gives us a clear sense of where your build will land.
Do I actually own it when you are done?
Yes. The site is yours. The Brand Wiki is yours. The data is yours. The structure is yours. You get full access, full credentials, full ownership. We do not lock you into our infrastructure or charge ongoing fees to keep your home running. Standard third-party costs like hosting and AI agent usage are paid directly to the providers, in your name, on your accounts. No middleman, no markup.
What if I do not have a brand yet?
Every Lighthouse includes the full Brand Foundation. We go deep on what you stand for, who you serve, and what you want them to do, before any visuals or systems get built. You do not need a brand to start. The brand is part of what we build together.
Can I move it later if I want to?
Yes. The Lighthouse is built on standard, portable foundations. The Brand Wiki, the content, the data, the structural decisions, all of it can be migrated if you ever want to take your home somewhere else. Ownership means real ownership.
Who actually builds the home?
You work directly with the studio. From the first conversation to the day you get the keys, the person designing and building your home is the same person you are talking to. No account managers, no handoff between teams.
What is the intelligence layer, exactly?
The backend of your home. Your Brand Wiki (a living source of truth for everything brand-related), your content graph (how your work connects to itself), your lead capture, your statistics, and any custom agents we set up together. What if the AI agents you build with shut down or change?
Your Lighthouse is built to be model-agnostic. The agents are configured to plug into any provider, whether that's OpenAI, Claude, or whatever comes next. If a service changes its rules, raises its prices, or shuts down entirely, we swap providers without rebuilding the home. The structure stays. The intelligence layer adapts.
What does "built for the agent web" actually mean?
AI agents now read, summarize, and recommend websites every day. Lighthouse is built with structured content, semantic clarity, and machine-readable architecture, so your home gets discovered by humans and by the agents shaping where attention flows. It is not a buzzword, it is a design constraint.
